Aller Aqua Zambia received 2nd prize
The 94th Agricultural and Commercial Show began on July 27th and ended on August 1st 2022. Aller Aqua Zambia had a successful event and received awarded the 2nd prize in the Fish Feed producer category.
The prize was awarded for providing excellent technical team support, a good looking stand and most importantly for exhibiting in line with the event’s theme ‘’Innovation Through Technology – Technology Transform Businesses.’’
Emmanuel Nyirenda, Technical Services Representative at Aller Aqua Zambia explains: ‘’We manufacture feed with 95% to 100% floatability, which is due to the fact that our feed is extruded using cutting-edge technology. Tilapia is a surface feeder, and the success of any aquaculture business is greatly dependent on the feed's floatability and digestibility. Our feed quality enables farmers to achieve good growth rates, which results in a shorter production period. We ensure that our diets are created and tested based on the most recent scientific research on Tilapia species, enabling farmers to obtain high yields.’’
What is more, Aller Aqua Zambia provides technical support, training in modern pond management practices and shares its knowledge with the farmers.
