Kenya in focus at Aller Aqua

On Tuesday 25th of May we had the pleasure of welcoming Karina Bech, Head of Trade at the Danish Embassy in Kenya, to Aller Aqua’s headquarters near Christiansfeld, Denmark.

Kenya represents a big potential particularly for Tilapia feeds. Having developed and specialised feed range for tilapia and having great aquaculture experience from other African countries, Aller Aqua is naturally interested in developing its engagement in the country. To up our efforts Aller Aqua recently welcomed our new Area Sales Manager, Fredrick Waimeri Kamau, based in Nairobi, with the objective of developing sales in Kenya.

"I see big possibilities for us in Kenya. On my visit to farms in various parts of the country, farmers are very excited to see me and hear about Aller Aqua and how they could improve their earnings and FCR. To my big surprise most of them were asking when they could order and when we could supply the feed. I see the future is bright in Kenya for Aller Aqua and I look forward to developing the sales in this important market", says Fredrick Waimeri Kamau.

The Danish Embassy in Kenya will be a key partner in the process of working with NGO´s and the formal approval of our products in Kenya. Additionally this can provide insight in terms of market studies.
